Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cost Manager to lead early-stage cost estimates and ROM development for Microsoft's Puget Sound portfolio. The role drives budgeting solutions, cost benchmarking, and reporting across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities include strategic cost estimating, project controls, and administration of cost tools and templates. Strong knowledge of SharePoint, SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Tango is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, project controls, or construction finance.
• Proven experience developing conceptual and schematic-level budgets for large-scale capital projects.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, SAP, Excel, Power BI and financial tracking platforms such as Tango.

Responsibilities

• Develop early-stage cost estimates and ROMs for Puget Sound portfolio projects.
• Provide cost inputs for budgets, proposals, and change orders; identify risks and value opportunities.
• Coordinate cost reviews and reconciliations; monitor variances and improve estimating accuracy.
