Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in talent management, HR advisory, workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, consulting or people analytics.

Responsibilities

• Help design and scale talent management capabilities across the firm.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and talent insights.
• Contribute to governance, operating models, and talent governance.
• Collaborate with HR, Product, Technology and Data & Analytics teams on future-state talent solutions.
• Develop executive narratives and presentation materials for leadership discussions.
• Manage multi-priority programs with stakeholder engagement and delivery.
