Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate law experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating various corporate agreements and contracts.
