Ascendion is seeking a transactional attorney to join its Atlanta team. This role offers meaningful client exposure, sophisticated transactional work, and a path to build a practice rather than routine assignments.

You will handle business transactions, draft and negotiate agreements, and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex deals while enjoying mentorship and flexible scheduling.Competitive base salary with incentives and strong admin support.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license or eligibility
• 3–5 years of business/corporate transactional experience required
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple matters
• Experience with M&A is a strong plus

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000–$220,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be based on experience, technical expertise, education, and overall qualifications.
