Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and/or commercial transactional matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, restructuring, and day-to-day corporate matters.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and closing activities.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely, responsive counsel.
