Job summary

Clark Hill PLC seeks a senior attorney with 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience for the Corporate group, based in Pittsburgh, PA or Atlanta, GA. This attorney will handle drafting and negotiating merger and acquisition documents, formation and governance agreements, operating agreements, and commercial contracts while serving diverse clients.

The role requires strong client interaction, teamwork, and professional presence; business development experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of corporate/transactional law experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents (merger & acquisition, entity formation, governance, operating agreements).
• Draft and negotiate supply and purchase agreements and compliance documents.
• Interact with clients and represent clients in negotiations.
• Demonstrate strong business development capabilities.
