Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a dynamic Corporate and Securities Counsel to provide legal support to corporate functions and a growing global business. You will advise the Board on governance, securities law, and public-company reporting, and help shape corporate strategy and compliance programs from our Boston headquarters.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a national law school and admission to at least one state Bar in the United States, preferably Massachusetts.
• 3–7+ years of relevant experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department, with emphasis on public company reporting and corporate governance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Boston headquarters at least three days per week to foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership and the Board on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor developments in governance and securities regulations and advise on requirements and trends.
• Support Board evaluations, director onboarding, continuing education and governance initiatives.
• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements) and related disclosures.
• Advise on securities law compliance and external communications, including earnings releases.
