Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a dynamic Corporate and Securities Counsel to support corporate functions and a growing global business. The role advises senior leaders and the Board on governance, securities reporting, and corporate finance, with 3+ years of relevant experience and MA preference.

You will collaborate with a global in‑house team, manage outside counsel, and contribute to strategic transactions, compensation, and responsible corporate practices.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a national law school and admission to at least one state Bar in the United States (preferably MA).
• 3–7+ years of relevant experience at a leading law firm or in‑house.
• Professional presence and ability to interact with senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Self‑motivation and ability to build trust with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
• Willingness to work onsite at Haemonetics' Boston headquarters (3 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Advise the Board and committees on governance materials, minutes, resolutions, and governance documentation.
• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings and disclosures; oversee insider trading policies.
• Partner with management on corporate finance, strategic transactions, executive compensation, and corporate policies; manage outside counsel as needed.
