Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting both professional and skilled-trade positions preferred.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, from planning to onboarding.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection practices.
• Partner with HR leadership to align staffing with business objectives.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and ATS data to drive workforce planning.
