Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR/SHRM-CP/AIRS certification a plus.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• At least 5 years in high-volume or corporate environments.
• 3+ years in lead or recruiting operations with project leadership.
• Strong proficiency with ATS, sourcing tools, and MS Office.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data-driven recruitment and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day operational lead for the Talent Acquisition function.
• Standardize hiring practices, interview processes, candidate evaluations, and communication.
• Balance requisition workload and monitor pipeline health and hiring metrics.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and interview practices.
• Partner with the Director of Talent to establish recruiting priorities and continuous improvement strategies.
• Develop employer branding initiatives and promote the candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to HR and leadership.
• Ensure recruiting practices align with internal policies and compliance standards.
