Job summary

This remote role requires 5+ years in recruitment, multi-channel sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple searches with competing priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in the skilled trades or staffing preferred.
• Strong multi-channel sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for multiple openings.
• Write and publish compelling job descriptions across platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and provide recruiting guidance.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience.
• Maintain timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
