Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist based in the United States. The contract role focuses on building strong talent pipelines for data center operations, engineering, facilities, and site administration.

You will source and engage skilled candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach; coordinate interviews and preboarding, and support offer and onboarding while tracking recruiting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition coordination experience.
• Ability to source proactively and prescreen against technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Form I-9 compliance and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for data center operations roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build talent pipelines across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, and related disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and support site launches.
• Coordinate interviews, preboarding, and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and identify process improvements.
