Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter - Trades to source, hire, and manage professionals across a variety of roles from frontline to leadership. You will build deep relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, creating a best-in-class hiring experience while developing strategic recruitment plans.

You will drive end-to-end processes, maintain robust pipelines, and execute proactive sourcing to fill openings quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 3+ years agency or in-house recruiting experience.
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors.
• Ability to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience influencing senior hiring managers and executives.
• Articulate the company's value proposition to candidates.
• Expertise in direct passive sourcing and cold-calling.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles
• Develop excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates & cross-functional partners in order to create a best in class hiring experience for candidates and internal customers
• Create comprehensive recruitment strategies and leverage internal resources in order to hire the best talent in the market
• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Drive and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
• Pro-actively network, cold-call, and deep dive into passive candidate networks throughout various markets

Required Skills/Experience
