Binance is seeking a strategic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for corporate functions and high-volume hiring. This role combines agency and in-house recruitment to build a strong pipeline and drive hiring initiatives across global teams.

You will collaborate with HR and hiring managers, manage sourcing strategies, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally at top-tier internet companies or agencies.
• Corporate talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation.
• Provide outstanding candidate experience from intro to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve the hiring process.
• Drive or participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage recruiting databases in an organized manner.
• Develop and maintain a stocked pipeline of quality talent.
