Job summary

Palmetto State Armory in Columbia, SC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruiting across JJE companies. You will partner with department managers to design effective strategies, train the Recruiting Assistant, coordinate monthly on-site hiring events, and build pipelines with high school counselors and community partners.

The role requires 4–6 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work with department managers to develop and implement new recruiting strategies for all JJE companies.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to the Recruiting Assistant.
• Meet weekly with the Recruiting Assistant to review open positions and progress.
• Conduct hiring events with outside agencies.
• Coordinate and lead on-site hiring events monthly.
