Job summary

SABG in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support the recruitment and HR team. The role focuses on identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates for proposals, and managing postings in UKG and other recruiting tools.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of corporate recruiting, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills. Experience with government contracting recruiting and DoD clearances is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years corporate recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Experience sourcing candidates for proposals/submissions.
• Government contracting recruiting experience and DoD clearance knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and ATS.
• Experience with UKG is a plus.
• Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Clearance Jobs.
• Knowledge of DoD security clearance levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs with the Director of Recruitment and plan for immediate and future hires.
• Recruit for proposal efforts and program transitions.
• Create new requisitions and update postings using UKG and recruitment tools.
• Maintain job boards across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Screen applicants, initiate contact and conduct outreach; manage candidate records in ATS.
• Source candidates using all platforms and refine Boolean searches based on position requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to team leads and program managers; assist with interview scheduling.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping, including onboarding/offboarding support.
