Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition COE. You will drive full-cycle recruitment across IT, technical, finance, accounting and corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire top talent with an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and proven ability to manage 30+ concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruiting experience within a Talent Acquisition function or COE.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines including IT, technical, finance, accounting, and corporate support functions.
• Experience managing 30+ concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and social media.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and position requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality passive candidates.
• Recruit for IT, technical, finance, accounting, and corporate roles across the organization.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Advise hiring managers on market insights and recruiting best practices.
• Promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate candidate/requisition records in the ATS.
• Manage 30+ active requisitions while meeting hiring goals.
