Job summary

Clayco, a nationwide real estate development and construction firm, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and guide practices within the Talent Management Recruiting department. This on-site role involves sourcing, interviewing, posting ads, and managing candidates through all stages.

You will proactively attract top professionals, coordinate travel, assist onboarding, and partner with enterprise leaders to grow the company.

Qualifications

• 6 years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with proactive recruiting and cold-calling passive candidates.
• Willingness to travel for events and college fairs.
