Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on strategy.
• Own full-cycle searches for technical and non-technical roles from intake to offer.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Coordinate intake, debriefs, and keep searches moving with clear milestones.
• Maintain high-touch candidate experience and data in the ATS (Greenhouse).
