You will manage 30+ active requisitions, develop sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, and help strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across IT, technical, finance, accounting, and corporate functions.
• Fast-paced, high-volume recruiting with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Managing 30+ concurrent requisitions with quality and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand talent needs and position requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-quality passive candidates via social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Recruit for IT, technical, finance, accounting, and corporate function roles across the organization.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview processes and provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and recruiting best practices.
• Promote and strengthen employer branding to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in ATS.
• Manage 30+ active requisitions while meeting hiring goals and SLAs.
