Infinity is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent. You will drive the candidate experience from sourcing to offer, partnering with program leadership to define role requirements and build a healthy pipeline.

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong rapport-building skills by phone.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and within a team with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices for hiring.
• Ability to use an ATS and HRIS, or learn them quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build sourcing strategies and present them to leadership.
• Ability to apply consistent, job-related criteria to every candidate evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Define role requirements with program leadership.
• Develop and implement a recruiting strategy for open roles.
• Handle all candidates who apply and manage the hiring process.
• Search for passive candidates to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Build sourcing channels: job boards, social media, databases, referrals.
• Maintain regular contact with qualified prospects.
• Conduct prescreens to confirm basic qualifications.
• Screen candidates against role requirements.
• Administer tests and assessments as needed.
• Conduct interviews with consistent criteria and document decisions.
• Work with leadership on hiring decisions and offers.
• Keep candidates informed at every stage.
• Record all candidate activity in ATS/HCM systems.
• Meet recruiting KPIs and support HR functions as assigned.
