Job summary

Infinity in Michigan is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates and drive our talent acquisition strategy. You will source and screen candidates, manage the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of recruiting experience (sales preferred), excellent communication skills, and proficiency with ATS/HCM systems to maintain timely updates and compliant hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting.
• 1–3 years in sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong rapport-building skills by phone.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Experience using ATS and HCM/HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements with program leadership.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies for open roles.
• Screen candidates and conduct prescreens.
• Administer technical checks and assessments.
• Conduct interviews and document decisions.
• Extend offers and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Maintain candidate communications and ATS records.
• Meet recruiting KPIs and support HR functions.
