Infinity seeks a Corporate Recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse, qualified talent and drive the organization's hiring objectives. You will source, screen, manage the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with candidate screening and interviewing
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems

Mansioni

• Partner with program leadership to define role requirements
• Develop and implement a recruiting strategy for each open role
• Handle all candidates who apply
• Search for passive candidates to maintain a healthy pipeline
• Build sourcing channels and manage the process end-to-end
• Maintain regular contact with qualified prospects
• Conduct prescreens and interviews using consistent criteria
• Record all candidate activity in the ATS/HCM systems
• Meet and exceed recruiting KPIs
• Support HR functions as assigned
