Job summary

United Way of Massachusetts Bay seeks a Vice President of Corporate Philanthropy to lead the organization’s corporate engagement and revenue strategy. You will shape and grow a team, oversee corporate partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to align philanthropic initiatives with organizational priorities.

Qualifications include 8+ years in corporate philanthropy or related fundraising, success in securing multi-year partnerships, and strong change management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate philanthropy, corporate partnerships, CSR, fundraising, or related consulting.
• Demonstrated success cultivating, securing, and stewarding revenue-generating corporate partnerships; six-figure gifts preferred.
• Experience designing and executing integrated corporate engagement strategies including philanthropy, employee engagement, and sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate philanthropy strategy to maximize revenue and impact.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic corporate partners with a focus on long-term growth.
• Coach and develop a high-performing corporate philanthropy team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Individual Giving, Grants, Communications) to integrate partnerships.
• Drive sector-based engagement and volunteer programs.
