Job summary

Seattle Humane in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Corporate Relations Manager to lead the organization’s corporate giving strategy and manage partnerships. You will develop customized engagement opportunities, secure multi-year commitments, and steward relationships with sponsors and donors.

The role requires a strong track record in fundraising, exceptional communication, and project management skills, with hybrid work and in-person engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6+ years' experience in corporate giving and partnerships.
• Three years in corporate relations, fundraising, business development, or related external relationship-building roles.
• Strong relationship building, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Experience in planning and making public presentations to professional groups, both virtually and in-person.
• Exceptional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s corporate giving strategy, including sponsorships, workplace giving, cause marketing, and in-kind relationships.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate partners and high-potential prospects.
• Develop and expand a comprehensive corporate partnership program with annual and multi-year commitments.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with corporate partners and provide effective stewardship.
• Lead negotiation and planning of activations, sponsorship benefits, events, and campaigns.
• Support fundraising, community engagement, and signature events with corporate participation.
• Coordinate campus tours and engagement opportunities for corporate partners.
