Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW seeks a Corporate Relations Manager to build and manage strategic corporate partnerships that support health, justice, and hope across the Puget Sound region and beyond.

You will develop engagement strategies, steward sponsors, and collaborate with leadership to align partnerships with program priorities and community impact. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with meaningful community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance strategic corporate partnerships across programs and regions.
• Cultivate, solicit, steward, and expand relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to develop strategies that support expansion and revenue growth.
• Manage portfolio of corporate partnerships through lifecycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, activation, reporting, renewal.
• Collaborate with programs, advancement, communications, and executives to identify partnership opportunities.
• Secure sponsorships, cause‑marketing, and workplace giving opportunities.
• Represent the organization at events to strengthen visibility and opportunities.
