Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Legal Studies or related field, paralegal certification preferred, and strong research/analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or Liberal Arts.
• 7+ years of paralegal experience in private law firm or corporate setting.
• Excellent research, analysis, problem solving, and organization skills.
• Ability to work well within a shared services legal team.
• Understanding of corporate governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Draft, maintain and review business contracts and corporate records.
• Coordinate and manage projects related to risk and corporate compliance.
• Oversee claims and document distribution to relevant contacts.
• Provide legal support for General Counsel.
