Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a Corporate Paralegal in Columbus, Ohio to provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Department. This role will handle corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.

The ideal candidate will have 3–10 years of corporate paralegal experience, a strong understanding of corporate compliance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent benefits are offered, including health insurance and a 401(K) match.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Experience in an in-house legal department strongly preferred.
• Experience with entity management and contract lifecycle management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate compliance initiatives and track regulatory filings.
