Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, owner of Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough, seeks a results‑oriented Group Sales Manager – Corporate to grow corporate accounts in Marlborough and surrounding markets. You will build relationships, manage a robust sales pipeline, and partner with hotel teams to deliver memorable events.

You will identify new opportunities, respond to RFPs, prepare proposals and contracts, and drive revenue across guestrooms, meeting space, and catering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel sales, corporate sales, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with corporate accounts, negotiated rates, group rooms, or business travel preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel sales systems and CRM platforms beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate accounts within local and regional markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Generate new room-night and revenue opportunities through proactive sales calls, emails, and site visits.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, group resumes, and BEOs for confirmed business.
