Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting required.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience; managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate functions to provide decision support and financial guidance.
• Develop and mentor a team of analysts; support professional development.
• Improve internal financial reporting and provide timely insights on trends and growth drivers.
• Drive budget processes from long-term modeling to annual operating plans.
• Create and maintain reporting packages with data-driven storytelling.
