Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Corporate Finance Manager for a prominent financial services group based in Welkom, Free State. You will lead financial planning, optimize capital structure, and drive strategic financial growth across the organization.

The role requires 6+ years in corporate finance, strong leadership, and expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and M&A. You will mentor a finance team, prepare board reports, manage banking relationships, and support major transactions

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CFA or CA (SA) certification desirable.
• Minimum 6 years in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial management.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, capital markets, and M&A.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage capital raising activities, including debt and equity financing.
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment appraisal.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance shareholder value.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
