Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in finance recruitment to join our team in a hybrid role based in Welkom, Free State. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for finance professionals, partnering with leading financial institutions and corporate clients to source, interview, and close offers.

The role demands deep knowledge of the financial services industry, exceptional sourcing capabilities, and a proactive business development mindset.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment with a focus on finance or accounting.
• Proven track record of placing senior finance professionals.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and market intelligence capabilities.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for finance professionals (CFOs, Controllers, Analysts, Accountants).
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across channels to attract top finance talent.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships in the financial services sector.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments for technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate complex salary packages and close offers.
• Aim to meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs in finance.
• Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes in finance recruitment.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to growth and reputation of Placements24 in Free State finance recruitment.
