Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA(SA), ACCA, CMA are advantageous.
• 7+ years in finance/accounting with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of IFRS and SA tax regulations.
• Proficient in SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team and collaborate with auditors.
