Qualifications

• 6 - 8+ years of experience in corporate business development, strategy, investment banking, consulting, or healthcare venture investing.
• Experience in healthcare dealmaking and analyzing tech platforms across lab services, healthcare IT, and diagnostics is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports strengthening overall quality of deal flow aligned with Quest's strategic interests.
• Drives BD initiatives by researching markets, technology, IP and companies.
• Prepares profiles and presentations on licensing transactions, investments, and alliances for senior management.
• Develops financial and valuation models to evaluate opportunities.
• Assists in sourcing innovation opportunities and monitors venture landscape.
• Leads investment management activities and coordinates deal team due diligence.
