Quest Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Manager for Corporate Business Development in New Jersey. The role focuses on evaluating partnerships, licensing opportunities, and strategic investments to drive growth across healthcare sectors.

You will build financial models, lead due diligence, and present recommendations to senior leaders. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in BD/strategy or related fields, strong financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a matrixed

Competenze

6 - 8+ years of experience in corporate business development, strategy, investment banking, consulting, or healthcare venture investing.
Experience in healthcare dealmaking and analyzing tech platforms across lab services, healthcare IT, and diagnostics is preferred.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.

Supports strengthening overall quality of deal flow aligned with Quest's strategic interests.
Drives BD initiatives by researching markets, technology, IP and companies.
Prepares profiles and presentations on licensing transactions, investments, and alliances for senior management.
Develops financial and valuation models to evaluate opportunities.

Leads investment management activities and coordinates deal team due diligence.
