Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Business Development in Secaucus, NJ to drive strategic growth through partnerships, investments, licensing and acquisitions. You will develop financial models, assess technology, manage due diligence, negotiate agreements, and present recommendations to senior leaders.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, financial rigor, and experience driving deals in healthcare or life sciences.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in corporate business development, strategy, investment banking, consulting, or healthcare venture investing.
• Healthcare deal experience preferred.
• Experience analyzing companies and technology platforms across multiple subspecialties.

Responsibilities

• Supports strengthening deal flow and aligns with Quest’s strategic interests.
• Drives corporate BD initiatives via market, tech, and IP research.
• Prepares company profiles and presentations on licensing, investments, and alliances.
• Develops financial and valuation models for licensing and investments.
• Sourcing and monitoring venture opportunities and disruptive healthcare models.
• Leads due diligence and coordinates deal team activities.
• Interacts with bankers, VC firms, and strategic partners through deal execution.
• Collaborates cross-functionally on key transactions.
• Maintains BD pipeline and quarterly strategic investment reports.
