Job summary

The Company in Fairfield County, CT is seeking a strategic FP&A and corporate development partner to the CEO. This hands-on, high-ownership role combines analytical rigor with executive communication to shape financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation across the business.

You will build and maintain models and dashboards, prepare board-ready materials, evaluate M&A and partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure initiatives are analyzed,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, or economics.
• Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Prior exposure to M&A and corporate development preferred.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning.
• Support corporate finance, capital allocation, and investor relations activities.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for strategic initiatives.
• Support due diligence and integration planning for M&A or partnerships.
