Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly visible role partners with executive, operational, and field leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.

The position focuses on corporate strategy, M&A, operational improvement, financial analysis, and execution of key business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 7+ years in corporate strategy, corporate development, FP&A, M&A, or related field.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with business-case experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in multi-site industrial/services/manufacturing environment preferred.

• Support acquisition and divestiture strategy, including identifying and evaluating potential opportunities.
• Assist with M&A analysis, due diligence, business cases, and integration initiatives.
• Develop financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders to establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Track strategic initiatives, identify risks, and ensure projects remain on schedule and achieve intended results.
• Develop scalable processes and tools to improve consistency and execution across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, operations, consulting, FP&A, M&A, or a related field.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with experience developing business cases and analyzing opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience within a multi-site industrial, services, construction, manufacturing, or operational environment preferred.
