Job summary

Tantalus Systems Corp. seeks a Senior Associate, Strategic & Corporate Development, to partner with the CEO and executive team on FP&A, corporate development, and investor materials. You will translate data into insights, build models, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to drive strategic initiatives.

Based in our Norwalk, CT office, this hands-on role requires rigorous analysis, strong communication, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, Engineering, Sales, and external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
Professional designations (CFA/CPA/CBV) are an asset.

Responsibilities

Monitor macro and sector trends and synthesize into strategic insights.
Conduct competitive landscape analysis, market sizing, and benchmarking.
Prepare executive briefings, industry analyses, and strategic memos.
Support CEO on special projects and ad hoc initiatives.
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards.
