  • Coordinate and manage due diligence workstreams, across Finance, Legal, Engineering, Sales, and other teams.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, deal summaries, and management presentations to support executive and Board decision-making.
  • Support post-acquisition integration planning and development including integration playbooks, Day 1 readiness checklists, and 100-day integration plans.

  • Coordinate relationships with sell-side research analyst, managing information flow and logistics for meetings and non-deal roadshows.
Strategic Partnerships & External Stakeholders
  • Help identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry associations, and other ecosystem participants.
  • Support contract negotiation preparation, partnership structuring analyses, and ongoing partner relationship management.
  • Represent The Company professionally with investment bankers, consultants, and other external advisors as directed by the CEO.
Board & Executive Support
  • Assist in the preparation of Board of Directors meeting materials including board packages, committee presentations, and supporting analyses.
  • Ensure materials are accurate, well-organized, and delivered on schedule
