Job summary

Future Standard, a global asset manager, seeks a Strategic Finance Associate to lead FP&A, capital planning, and investor communications. Based in Darien, CT, you will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to drive value creation.

The successful candidate will build financial models, develop annual budgets and multi-year plans, analyze growth initiatives, and support capital structure decisions, M&A vetting, and integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 2–5 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or management consulting.
• Strong knowledge of the asset management industry and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities and budgeting development.
• Model scenarios, KPI tracking, and actionable analyses.
• Collaborate with business units to align financial plans.
• Support capital structure planning and liquidity forecasts.
• Evaluate strategic transactions and post-transaction integration.
• Prepare investor communications and board-ready materials.
