Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in deal desk leadership or commercial operations.
• 5+ years leading global teams through operating-model changes.
• Direct experience with Deal Governance and pricing committee operations.
• Proven track record influencing C-suite stakeholders without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Deal Strategy & Enablement organization.
• Own end-to-end deal-cycle accountability and prepare approval-ready packages.
• Chair Pricing Inspections to analyze deal behavior and pricing analytics.
• Partner with Sales leadership to support high-value deal pursuits.
