Job summary

Spectro Cloud is seeking a Corporate Counsel to help shape and scale the legal function at a fast-growing Kubernetes-centric infrastructure software leader. Reporting to the Head of Legal Counsel, this role covers commercial transactions, corporate governance, privacy, employment, IP, and more.

As the second member of the Legal team, you will partner with sales, finance, product, engineering, marketing, and people teams, owning matters end-to-end and building scalable legal workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of post-JD experience in SaaS/tech contracts.
• Law firm and in-house experience preferred.
• Strong commercial instincts and risk-based decision making.
• Experience with privacy and data protection laws (US and international).
• Ability to build scalable legal workflows and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on privacy and data protection compliance.
• Support corporate and employment matters.
