Inland Imaging seeks a Corporate Controller, Shared Services & Investments to own accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A for the Inland Imaging holding, shared services, and investment entities. The role reports to the CFO and leads a multi-entity close and audited statements for physician-owned operations.

Responsibilities include managing consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis, with heavy emphasis on ERP optimization and cross-entity collaboration

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA is preferred.
• Active CPA is required.

Mansioni

• Manages accounting operations for the assigned entities, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and payroll.
• Manages month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for the entire group of subsidiary entities.
• Directs accounting policies and procedures and maintains audit-ready documentation across entities.
• Oversees accounts receivable and vendor billing, including intercompany billing and shared services charges.
• Drives ERP optimization and the use of AI/tools to streamline close and reporting.
• Manages multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and consolidated reporting under US GAAP.
• Prepares monthly reporting packages (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, cost accounting).
• Oversees annual audits and external reviews; acts as primary contact for external firms.
• Develops budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and proformas to support acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
• Manages cost accounting and labor budgets; allocates shared costs across entities.
• Oversees treasury, banking relationships, lines of credit, and compliance with covenants.
• Leads and mentors accounting and payroll teams; collaborates across departments to drive financial strategy.
• Ensures confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and adherence to Inland Imaging policies.
