Job summary

Inland Imaging Associates, LLC seeks a Corporate Controller, Shared Services & Investments to lead accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A for the Inland Imaging holding entities in Spokane, WA. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required; CPA active.
• Ten+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with 5+ years in supervision.
• Public accounting experience, Big 4 or strong regional preferred.
• Demonstrated FP&A capability including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and GAAP reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations for the assigned entities, including GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, and payroll accounting.
• Direct multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and external reporting under US GAAP.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A; develop proformas and long-range plans.
• Oversee cost accounting, labor allocations, and shared services pricing models.
• Manage shareholder equity, buy-ins/outs, notes receivable, distributions, and valuations.
• Oversee treasury and cash management, banking relations, and external audits.
