Job summary

Life-Science Innovations, headquartered in Minnesota, seeks a Corporate Controller to lead the Shared Services Accounting Department. This role directs policy, reporting, controls, and audits while driving process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

You will partner with senior leaders to manage intercompany accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting for multiple entities, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, GAAP, and data analysis.
• Clear understanding of GAAP and related laws/regulations.
• Experience leading accounting teams and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce accounting policies with GAAP compliance across entities.
• Lead financial reporting and ensure accuracy and consistency of results.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and resolve findings.
• Direct accounting staff and oversee budgeting, KPI frameworks, and close processes.
• Design and monitor internal controls, risk assessments, and ERP controls.
• Oversee revenue, inventory, lease accounting, fixed assets, and other complex matters.
• Manage centralized transactional functions (AP, AR, cash management) and treasury controls.
• Collaborate with CFO on liquidity management and banking relations.
• Drive ERP optimization and month-end close efficiency.
• Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
