You will oversee accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, and strategic finance efforts, shaping budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CFO/VP Finance and executive leadership on financial performance and strategy.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Sales to assess risks, opportunities, and strategic options.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses for new products and investments.
• Oversee accounting close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
