Job summary

The role partners with senior leaders to promote strong internal controls, improve close cycles, and support strategic finance initiatives. Five+ years in senior accounting and a BS in business/finance are required; CPA or Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with corporate accounting policies and intercompany transactions.
• Ability to lead and develop accounting staff and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide accounting policies with GAAP compliance.
• Lead financial reporting and ensure accuracy across entities.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
