Job summary

AmeriQual Group, LLC, a growing multi-site food manufacturing leader, is seeking a Corporate Controller to unite accounting strategy, strengthen controls, and drive financial excellence across three locations.

Reporting to the CFO, this senior role oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, cost accounting, treasury support, compliance, and finance team development, partnering with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership to turn data into actionable insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership role in a $250M+ manufacturing environment, preferably multi-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and cost accounting.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits and support annual financial statement preparation.
