The ideal candidate will have a CPA or MBA and 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including external audits, tax compliance, and process improvements; the role is on-site and offers bonus and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams and operations.
• Strong understanding of financial statement preparation, month-end close, and audit coordination.
