A prominent construction services firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations and partner with the CFO. This critical role focuses on month-end close processes, ensuring strong internal controls, and driving improvements in accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and proficiency in Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $180,000+ depending on scope and experience.

Formación

• Experience in accounting leadership; ability to partner with CFO.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with PE-backed or high-growth organizations is a plus.
• Proficiency in POC accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end close across multiple divisions.
• Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution.
• Ensure strong internal controls and prepare financial reports.
• Partner with CFO on accounting function strategy and development.
• Drive improvements in accounting operations, including migrating to a new ERP system.
• Simplify and automate accounting process flows and reporting.
• Identify other areas for process improvement.
• Demonstrate expertise in Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting.
